    💰 Investment

Therapy is an investment in your well-being, growth, and healing.

    50-minute individual session: $165

    90-minute individual session: $300

I offer a free 20-minute consultation to explore whether we’re a good fit. If cost is a concern, let’s talk—I’m committed to making therapy as accessible as possible and may have options available through Open Path or sliding scale availability.

  • Payment Options

    💳 Payment Options

I accept the following forms of payment:

    Cash

    Credit Cards

    Debit Cards

    HSA (Health Savings Account) cards

  • Cancellation Policy

    📅 Cancellation Policy

I get it— life can be unpredictable. That’s why I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel, reschedule, or miss a session. If changes are made with less than 24 hours’ notice, the full session fee will apply.

That said, I know things happen. If there’s an emergency or something unexpected comes up, just reach out. I handle exceptions on a case-by-case basis and will always do my best to work with you.

  • How Often Do We Meet

🗓️ How Often Do We Meet?

I typically recommend starting with weekly sessions, as this allows us to build momentum and get to know each other in a steady, supportive way. That said, frequency is always flexible. I understand that time, availability, and financial considerations play a role, and we’ll work together to find a rhythm that feels sustainable and aligned with your needs.

  • How Long Will Therapy Take

⏳ How Long Will Therapy Take?

Unlike many medical treatments, mental health care doesn’t follow a one-size-fits-all timeline. Each person’s healing path is unique, shaped by their history, goals, and life circumstances.

Because of this, the length and frequency of therapy can vary. Some clients benefit from short-term support focused on a specific concern, while others find value in longer-term work that unfolds over time.

We’ll collaborate throughout your journey to determine what feels most supportive—adjusting session frequency and focus as your needs evolve. My goal is to ensure therapy remains responsive, sustainable, and aligned with your growth.

  • What To Expect

    🧭 What to Expect

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable—and I honor that. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported from the very beginning.

First Sessions We’ll begin by exploring what brings you to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and what feels most important to you right now. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, but you’re always in control of what you share and when.

Session Frequency I typically recommend weekly sessions to start, as this helps us build momentum and connection. That said, frequency is flexible. We’ll collaborate to find a rhythm that works for your schedule, finances, and emotional needs.

Length of Treatment Mental health care isn’t one-size-fits-all. Unlike medical treatment, therapy doesn’t follow a fixed timeline. How long you engage in therapy depends on your goals, history, and what healing looks like for you. We’ll revisit this together as your needs evolve—ensuring therapy remains responsive, sustainable, and aligned with your growth.

Relational Healing I view our therapeutic relationship as a key part of the healing process. Many emotional wounds are formed in relationships—and I believe they can be healed in one too. Therapy here is grounded in trust, curiosity, and connection.

Surprise Billing

In an effort to avoid any “surprise billing”, all rates of services are transparent and listed on this website, on your new client paperwork, and discussed prior to beginning services. Any changes in rate are discussed in advance, and you are always in charge of how often you attend sessions.

Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, health care providers and health care facilities are required to inform individuals who are not enrolled in a plan or coverage or a Federal health care program, or not seeking to file a claim with their plan or coverage both orally and in writing of their ability, upon request or at the time of scheduling health care items and services, to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of expected charges.

Good Faith Estimate

Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, health care providers and health care facilities are required to inform individuals who are not enrolled in a plan or coverage or a Federal health care program, or not seeking to file a claim with their plan or coverage both orally and in writing of their ability, upon request or at the time of scheduling health care items and services, to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of expected charges.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

• You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

• Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

• If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

• Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-800-985-3059.
